Delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered. Generally, it takes 3 to 4 working days after the approval of personalised product and 2 to 3 working days for ready-made products but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control like bad weather natural disasters, political unrest, package missing from courier etc.

We at Akshar Creative want to save paper to protect the environment and are therefore not adding invoices into our shipments. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice over your email.

When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it. All registered users can also sign in to “My Account” page on the website and check their recent orders. We do not accept Cash on Delivery

The customer will be required to transfer the payment and quote the transaction id in the field provided in order to complete the payment process and the order to be placed successfully. Bank Account Details:

Deliveries can be made at most of the locations in India. Certain items cannot be delivered to a few locations where our courier service is not available.

• Goods Are Faulty On Arrival – If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and request return. You can contact us by calling customer services at +91 7304216346 Mon-Sat (10am-7pm) or emailing us at hello@aksharcreative
• Goods Damaged On Arrival – If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 24 hrs with details of the damage (you should send an email to hello@aksharcreative with the image of the damaged product, in the case where you have accepted the delivery). This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.
• Goods Not As Ordered – If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 24 hrs and return the product within 10 days.

Within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling us at +91 7304216346 Mon-Sat (10am-7pm) or emailing us at cx@giftcart.com, provided that the order has not been shipped. After 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. The refunds can take up to 10 business days.

We offer an easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

We reserve the right to offer you anyone the below-mentioned options:

• Send a replacement product once the customer returns the damaged product/products
• Refund the amount only in the case where we cannot offer a replacement.

The refund will be issued as store credit or NEFT which will not include the handling charges and taxes, in its sole discretion, will determine the usage of the given options.
